For the past weeks, I tried to challenge myself in changing my daily habits. One of which is to start waking up at 5AM. Probably, you have heard before that one of the many secrets of successful people is to always start their day right. Indeed, I would have to say that there is a different kind of "power" from within as I start waking up early. There is a sense of fulfilment as the day end since the feeling of exhaustion is almost not felt. However, I also can't deny that it is a challenging act. But, it is a good form of discipline as well. Below are my realizations when I started waking up at 5AM. 1. I am highly motivated 2. There is a sense of inner peace. 3. I have accomplished a lot of works. Well, that includes planning as to what I will share here :) 4. I have more time with my family since I am not exhausted anymore. 5. Probably, being more discipline in every aspect of my time. Actually, there are still a lot of positivism during the day. I hope I have inspired you here! Are you up for the challenge?
