Here is some positive news for all the motorists out there! Our motorists can finally pass through the 18-kilometer Skyway Stage 3 toll-free for a month along with the opening of San Miguel Corp. (SMC). According to the president and chief officer Ramon Ang, the motorists would be able to use up to the four lanes of the expressway. By January 14, SMC will be opening up to the seven lanes of Skyway 3 from Buendia, Makati to the North Luzon Expressway.
