Heat the oven to 180°C / 356°F. Beat softened butter with sugar. Add the egg, lemon juice, vanilla and whisk for 20-30 seconds with a mixer. Add flour in small portions using low mixer speed. Add sesame seeds. Spread flat cookies with a teaspoon on sheets of baking paper (3-4 cm apart), leaving enough space between them. Bake for 8-15 minutes.
