Sesame cookies

Ingredients
5.6oz. / 160g sesame seeds, fried 
1 egg 
5/8 cup / 120g sugar 
1 tsp. / 6g baking powder 
½ cup / 60g butter 
vanilla extract, to taste 
½ cup / 70g flour 
1/2 tsp. / 3g salt 
1 tsp. / 7 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice 
Preparation steps
Mix all dry ingredients except seeds.
Heat the oven to 180°C / 356°F.
Beat softened butter with sugar. Add the egg, lemon juice, vanilla and whisk for 20-30 seconds with a mixer.
Add flour in small portions using low mixer speed.
Add sesame seeds.
Spread flat cookies with a teaspoon on sheets of baking paper (3-4 cm apart), leaving enough space between them.
Bake for 8-15 minutes.
