Mix sugar, vanilla, eggs and beat properly. Add melted butter, stir, then add flour and baking powder, knead the dough with a spoon to remove all lumps. 2. Add apples to the dough. 3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. 4. Using a spoon, place portioned cookies on tray and bake in a preheated oven to 200°C / 392°F until golden for 10-15 minutes.
