You can still eat carbs, sweets, and anything you want as long as you’re in a calorie deficit. Also, choose a healthier and filling foods to keep you full for a long period of time. Fill half of your plate with veggies, a quarter of protein and a quarter of carbs. Still having cravings while trying to lose weight? Want ice cream? Cake?
