Hackers are focusing on the account that has low security such as a password that easy to known, facebook account that doesn't have email addresses or even mobile phone authenticator. and also they using some applications or sites that are called phishing apps or phishing sites where it looks like a legit site or application where you input your username or password or your information. some hackers are very creative and strategic on how they make appeal real that you won't recognize that it is a fake or phishing.

In order to prevent this, First, you need a very strong password, like not close to your real name, have symbols and numbers that really not easy to guess.
Second, you must have a valid email address such as google account or yahoo account, where you can verify your account. because it will help you to have access again your account if you forgot your password, or even change by someone and also it will give you a notification on what are things happening on your account.
third, you must connect your mobile number or have a mobile authenticator.
mobile authenticator helps you to prevent login your account to another smartphone or web browser. it will give a unique code to your mobile number use to login your account.
