‘Share the love’: Ivana Alawi distributes relief goods for affected Filipinos in Cagayan Valley

Vlogger-actress Ivana Alawi announced that in the Cagayan Valley, she repackaged and distributed relief goods to Filipinos affected by Typhoon Ulysses.

On Tuesday, the 23-year-old internet sensation posted photographs of her relief activities on her social media pages, encouraging Filipinos to "share the love" and assist their fellow Pinoys. On her Facebook page, where she has received more than 399,000 likes and reactions, 11,000 comments and 24,000 shares on the social networking site so far, she also shared her post.

This has not been the first time Alawi has pursued such humanitarian projects.

Alawi repacked relief supplies for individuals affected by the stay-at-home order during the first month of the government-imposed strict lockdown, also known as enhanced neighborhood quarantine.

KC Concepcion and Ruffa Gutierrez, meanwhile, were other local celebrities who embarked on recent relief operations in Tuguegarao City to support the victims of the typhoon.
The actresses participated in distributing aid kits and were supposedly able to uplift the communities with their presence.

The Cagayan Valley was one of the regions highly affected by the widespread flooding due to the accumulated impacts of the typhoons that recently hit the country and the cold front tail-end.
