This past few months that I stayed in the house, I tried to be the best version of myself. I challenged myself to lose weight because I said to myself, “when the classes resumed, I won’t be able to exercise anymore because my time will be saved for my schoolworks”. I chose calorie deficit to be my new lifestyle. It’s a healthy way to lose body fats. I did lose weight but what’s much more satisfying is that I made myself stronger physically and mentally. I have learned to discipline myself towards food and my daily routine. I feel better about myself now, and wanting to be better again tomorrow! Hope all of you too! ♥️
