#MYHEALTHROUTINE

          Based on my personal experience, here is how we should keep ourselves healthier. If you want your lifespan to be even longer, a healthy lifestyle should be the utmost priority. It also must be done correctly. In fact, having a healthy lifestyle must be a priority especially during these times. In the case of the pandemic (who knows how long this is going to last?), we should have a more disciplined healthy lifestyle. So, let me share with you what I have been doing for my personal weight loss, beauty as well as covid-19 protection. Discipline, disciple, and discipline are the utmost priority these days with just these following simple tips:

1. Eat plenty of more fruits and vegetables these days and cut down fatty and trans fatty foods.


2. Do workouts, yoga, jogging, or daily walk.


That's it. You know what to do. I won't explain it further. This is all you must basically do but with a higher discipline during the pandemic. Period. Sounds easy? Yes. Easy instructions but make sure that you actually do it. That's it!
