I always wanted to eat this an Ilocano dish named "Igado". It's not that I don't know how to cook it but I was longing for it's taste, what I mean is the original one. The specialty of my Grandpa. He's been dead for about three years now. The way he cook, the smile on his face and the way he see us every time we take a bite of his specialty. This dish shows how lovable he is to us his grandchild. It may not be enough for us but the love he poured out to that dish makes us full and he always give us more than what he eat. I miss the "Igado" and I miss him so much too. Keep cooking in heaven Daddy make them satisfied there. Till we meet again.
