Hello! Today is the end of our last class before mental health week starts and Im very glad that we will be given a 1 week rest. Mental health is very important because it makes our body function well. Just like in our body when a part is hurting like our teeth or head, our whole body is affected as well. So we should take care of our mental health too even if the exhaustion is not visible to the naked eye we should also relax our brain, heart and soul to have a bright mind! Be positive <3
