This was my personal experience why I lose and gain again those fats and also how will I start it again! So this is my story last April when they declared that the quarantine is officially approved by the government, at first I did not think to lose some weight but as the day goes by Insaw those sexy and beautiful girls at those sexy sandos, and tubes they’re wearing that’s when I realize that I have to get rid of this belly and fats I got inspired and motivated by those sexy girls on tiktok. Don’t get me wrong I love my body and all plus size girls/boys are amazing lookin’. So I started weighing myself and it shookt me I’m 90 kilos! Imagine a girl that 5ft tall has that weight. At first I had a breakdown and questioning myself how I gain all of that weight?! And then the next right after I breakdown I get rid of carbs slowly after a week I didn’t see any result, I tried so many types of workout but in I ended up building and creating my own exercise for more extra movements! And as the week past by my friends keep on telling me that I slowly getting curvy and such. At first I didn’t believe them, but when the time I step again on that scale... I lost 7kg already! In just 1 month I cant imagine how motivated I’ am in those days I'm struggling. Here’s my tips on how you will start your diet and also some motivation for you to keep goin’! • Set your goals • Make a reward for yourself everytime you lose 1 kg • Don’t mind what will other people will say about your decision in losing weight (Yes I did that all, and I think it’ll work on you too!) •Drink lots of water in a day (atleast 1 gallon or 3 pitchers) •Get rid of carbs (all kinds), sweets and everything that you think will make you gain any weight. ( BUT DO NOT RESTRICT YOURSELF!) I’m not used to eat veggies but these are my friends in the days I’m restricting myself from everything that makes me eat more. Breakfast Options: •Black Lipton tea/ black coffee •Banana pancake (do not use flour use oatmeal) •Boiled banana, sweet potato, egg •Fried egg with Belle peppers Lunch Options: •Fried Chicken Breast w/o oil it’s up to you and lettuce (seasoned the chicken with pinch of salt and pepper) • Mix veggies carrot, peas, corn, mushrooms and a little bit of chicken breast for me to enjoy it •Fried/boiled meat and lettuce and 2 eggs And many more! But thats what I’ve remember when I’m in a diet back then. So here’s the story of me losing hope and motivation. When the time I lose 10 kg within 1 and half month I got to confident that every time I crave I eat it right away because I know I can lose it then but little did I know that those cravings can lead me to bring back all the foods I avoid when I’m on a diet back then so I had a breakdown again and blaming no one but myself from ruining all of my sacrifices back when I was on a diet and lose all the money I spent in buying the foods for my diet. But then its never too late for me and for us that wanted a dream body that we desire to have. So here’s me figuring out how will I start again. I just go back to my routine and build those muscles again! We can do this!
