We are all ordered to stay home as much as possible

Negative thought: I’m stuck at home.

Positive thought: I can take time for myself

It’s not easy to relax right now, when you’re worried about finances, food and basic supplies, but how many of us at some point wished we could just stay home for once? Take this time to read a book, take an extra nap, sleep in a little longer, meditate or whatever helps you relax. We have to stay home, so you might as well take some time for yourself and rejuvenate. It will help your mental health and physical wellness.
