Let's improve Your Routine!

      An age where information is easily accessible to the public was the dream from a long time ago! Now, here we are indulging in the benefits of the internet. No wonder why we've grown fond of this age. As we grow fond of it most of us forget that there are more things to do than sit, scroll, and watch videos from the feeds all day. Once in a while, it's a good thing to remind ourselves that it's okay to take a break from the internet and give our mind and body the exercise it deserves.

Here are the following tips for an improved routine!  

Quick reminder: Start your morning right, It will effectively help you feel refreshed the whole day. 

1. Fix your bed.
2. Drink lots of water. 
3. Do not check your phone, instead give thanks or recite a mantra for a good 3 minutes. As you would listen to a song.
4. Do some simple exercises. 
5. Eat enough food to boost your day.
6. Find a way to make your day productive. Try reading, drawing, painting, or coloring this will help you activate your creative thinking.
7. Sleep early! Tip: Try to put your phone away to get rid of any distractions before you sleep. 

Do your best to practice this simple exercise and feel more refreshed!
