How to keep Yourself Productive and Motivated

People always get unmotivated and unproductive in times like this because we are quarantined and that's definitely fine because we have to take a rest.  Take time for ourselves. But here is a tip on how to be motivated and productive during this quarantine ....

•Wake up Early in the Morning
•Open the Lights and the Curtains to give you some energy
•Drink Water and Vitamins
•Play a Calming or Relaxing Music
•Start to Meditate to relieve all of your stress
•Do some stretching and if you feel extra do some workout that will boost your immune system
•Lastly eat your meals on time

Do this everyday and you will definitely feel better.
