My today's #goodnewsfriday is abt being kind.

i believe, even smallest acts of kindness can help. Anyone can be kind and there's no excuse not to be. Telling yo pals they look good in their dress? sharing your good advice to someone who needs it?  helping strangers?  or even friendly smile can help! and there's nothing wrong with it, it s just simply being kind. 

U know, it is important to have kindness in you. It can make somebody's 0/5 day go to 4/5 day.

Kindness is everywhere and it starts with you. spread it!
