5 Ways to Take Care of Your Mental Health

#MentalHealthisWealth. I know and I totally understand that this pandemic really took a toll on our Mental Health. Sometimes, it's just so hard to act as if you have everything together, right? Worry no more, here are 5 Ways to Take Care of our Mental Health.

1. Take a Good Shower.
- Never underestimate the power of a good shower! Sometimes, stress can manifest itself physically and it is truly exhausting, a good shower would be of help.

2. Put down your gadgets.
- A big chunk of Mental Exhaustion is rooted from the excessive use of gadgets. Put that gadget down, and try to do something else :-) Good time to give our precious eyes some rest too!

3. Talk.
- Never be afraid to talk about what you feel. Talk to your best friend, your family, or.. If you're not ready, you may talk to your plants. (PS: You may talk to me too)

4. Listen to feel good songs.
- May it be a lullaby type, classical music, listen to songs that put you at peace.

5. Watch feel good movies. 
- Will make a list, soon! :-)

All will be alright in time.
