Worry no more, here are 5 Ways to Take Care of our Mental Health. 1. Take a Good Shower. - Never underestimate the power of a good shower! Sometimes, stress can manifest itself physically and it is truly exhausting, a good shower would be of help. 2. Put down your gadgets. - A big chunk of Mental Exhaustion is rooted from the excessive use of gadgets. Put that gadget down, and try to do something else :-) Good time to give our precious eyes some rest too! 3. Talk. - Never be afraid to talk about what you feel.
