Diet Tips (67kg-54kg)

Every morning I drink two (2) glasses of water before I eat. After 30 minutes I eat a healthy breakfast like apple, oatmeal, milk, eggs and tomatoes. I also eat 1/2cup of rice, vegetables and meat in my lunch and it is important to monitor the amount of servings you eat each day.  Around 4pm in the afternoon, I already eat my dinner which is wheat bread. Then after an hour I will start my daily workout which is 30mins cardio exercise. At night, I do water fasting to help my body to lose weight. In doing all of my tips, you must have motivation and dedication also. For me, I used to do it for self-care and self-loved. I also realized that it is very important to be healthy nowadays because it will help your body to be strong and fight all the virus that might harm for you.
