Daily Schedule to Thriving in Quarantine

The first weeks of quarantine I started getting a little down. Honestly, I started feeling really out of sorts. I’m a very extroverted person so this ‘stay at home’ order has been especially hard for me.

With this ‘stay at home’ order, life can feel empty and purpose-less. But this is really only a state of mind.  Living on purpose is an attitude of the heart. It’s all perspective.

With this ‘stay at home’ order, life can feel empty and purpose-less. But this is really only a state of mind.  Living on purpose is an attitude of the heart. It’s all perspective.

The truth is that this is a perfect time to sit down and evaluate your life and really figure out what’s important to you! What goals do you have? How can you simplify and minimalize your life to really make room for what matters and what you really love?

Use this time to get in shape, exercise, and live mindfully. It’s so important to live on purpose! Let’s beat isolation and use this time to self care, reflect, and for personal growth!
