Chocolate cookies

INGREDIENTS
•	2 large eggs 
•	8.4 oz. / 240 g melting chocolate 
•	3/4 cup / 150g sugar 
•	4 tbsp. / 100g butter 
•	2/3 cup / 85g flour 
•	1/2 tsp. / 3g baking powder 
•	1/2 tsp. / 3g salt 
•	1 tsp. / 6g vanilla sugar 
•	5.2 oz. / 150g chopped chocolate 
PREPARATION STEPS
1.	Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.	Preheat the oven to 180°C / 356°F.
3.	Combine eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar using a mixer (5 minutes).
4.	In a microwave, melt 240 g of chocolate with butter. Let cool for 2 minutes and add to the sugar-egg mixture mixing at low speed.
5.	Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to chocolate mixture and mix.
6.	Add the remaining 150 g of chocolate pieces to the dough and mix.
7.	Put round cookies with a tablespoon on a baking sheet at a distance of 5-7 cm from each other.
8.	Bake for 10-15 minutes.
