INGREDIENTS
•	5 eggs 
•	1 cup / 250 ml Kefir 
•	3 cups / 360g flour 
•	2 tsp. / 12g Baking powder 
•	14 oz. / 400g Sour cream 35% 
•	3 cups / 600g Sugar 
•	Bananas 
•	Chocolate 
PREPARATION STEPS
1.	Whisk the eggs with 2 cups of sugar, add kefir and sifted dry ingredients.
2.	Pour the dough into a greased mold. (choose the mold 26 cm in diameter)
3.	Bake the cake at 180°C /356°F for 40 minutes. Cool the cake and cut along in half (or 3 parts).
4.	Make a cream. Combine sour cream with 1 cup of sugar and beat.
5.	On one half of the cake lay out circles of bananas, pour cream. Cover with the second cake, put bananas on it, pour cream and leave for 1 hour.
6.	Sprinkle the top with grated chocolate.
