BEST ADOBO RECIPE

In a bowl, MARINATE chicken and pork belly pieces in a mixture of garlic, soy sauce, vinegar and peppercorn. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Remove chicken and pork pieces and set aside marinade. Heat oil in a pan and brown chicken and pork.
Add in smashed garlic and sauté until slightly browned. Pour in reserved marinade, bay leaves, water and oyster sauce. Bring to a boil and cook until chicken and pork pieces are tender and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Stir in Alaska Evaporated Filled milk then remove from heat. Serve
