Ride on your dreams. Fly with your broomstick. Go on a trip. Satisfy your cravings. Jump out of your comfort zone. Take the risks. Build your own home. Marry the one you love. Try something new. Live with fun.

Anything under the sun that can bring joy, entertainment and satisfaction.  Just like what they said, Live Life to the Fullest.

Some satiate these kind of living at their early 18s, 20s, 30s or some at older ages of 50s, 60s and so on. Different life span, different timeline.

But there are also those who haven’t tried even just a single step toward this path even on their doomsday due to a lot of circumstances and responsibilities.

One life. One goal. Different beginnings. Diverse chances. Distinct finish lines.

Is it really to live your life to the fullest in order to make your One and Only Life, Lived for Once?

You already did your best. Grabbed your diploma. Got a job. Earn money. Bought your own home. Live a life of your profession. Fly on planes and not on broomsticks. Found your half. Gave your family your bonus. Treated yourself on banquets. Took shots of your most lived moments. And yet, you weren’t fulfilled. There’s still something lacking, there’s a piece that’s missing.  

Or probably you are one of those who are on your way to do your best or are currently stuck on any of these scenarios, and yes, you aren’t fulfilled yet. There’s still something lacking, there’s a piece that’s missing.  

Longing for that life lived for once yet fulfilled, sometimes, or I may say, most of the time, pushes you out of the track, pulls you down and break your spirits until you found yourself burying the essence of your living, in your own graveyard.

Believing yet dying.

Is it really to live your life to the fullest in order to make your One and Only Life, Lived for Once?

Certainly. Yes. Yet, living our life to the fullest is about living our lives with a purpose. 
 
We are created to write our own story, whether it be tragic, rom com, horror, comedy or remain as a mythology. We are unique characters with notable personalities. It is not about how long you’ve gone into paradise of pleasure and enjoyment. It is not about how many steps you take or how much triumphs you earn. It is not about who have gone fast or who were left behind. It is not about which path to take but on what step to do in order to begin a journey. It is not about what kind of life but who owns that life. 
 
It depends on us, on how we enjoy every bit of simplicity, on how we feel loved amidst abominations, on how we find light beneath the darkness and on how we make our lives purposeful despite all scarcities and inequities. 
 
It is about doing your best in your own little ways, taking your steps on your own path, building your dreams with your own building blocks and making your life a story of hope, love, compassion and success.
 
It is about you making your dreams a reality, creating your visions into missions and binding that so-called One and Only Life with that well-lived fulfilled life into one journey, Your Journey, a purposeful journey.

Create your journey not only with fun and excitement but with sorrow and grief. Bring your journey to life by not only keeping your story for yourself but also for others because a good story isn’t only about the happy endings, it is on how the character portrayed his/her role with a purpose. Who would have thought, you might not fulfilled your wildest dreams yet you have inspired a lot by being a good witness of life.
