Months ago I was very insecure about my body. I've been seeing a lot of people living their lives to the fullest because they have nice bodies, so I tried. I tried to work out for 30 minutes everyday. At first, I told myself I was not seeing any progress. However, I know it doesn't show overnight, so I waited, I continued. Here we are, 4 months later, I've already achieved my goal weight and thankfully, I lost 12 pounds. Never lose hope and never stop trying. You have your goals, keep that in mind. Don't stop.
