What's on your mind?

Negativities are common now a days and I hope you wouldn't lose to your thoughts. Your mind is powerful but keep in mind that you're much powerful than your thoughts. I too has been overcoming my anxieties but let us keep exercising our thoughts and become positive. You are not as weak as your thoughts, you are more than what you think, so please help yourself.
