We all know how important staying active is. Many of us have had that New Year’s resolution to start working out again. We feel motivated, join a gym, go a couple of times in January, and by March you forget you even signed up for a gym membership. My general rule of thumb is if I can walk there in 15-20 minutes everyday, It’s a great way to get enjoy the weather and bonding with your family.
