When creative juices refuse to flow no matter how much you squeeze them out resulting in poor output performances, followed by cynicism and exhaustion not allowing you to meet life’s demands, and physical manifestations come through with serious headaches and intestinal issues… Burnout must be on its works!

Here’s how you can get back on track:

1. Freeze your work, do something out of the agenda!
Cut-off work COMPLETELY while on your break.
	Play a video game
 	Try new recipes
	Watch a lighthearted movie/series
	Make DIY projects
	Upcycle old clothes or belongings
	Knit, embroider, or sew
	Sketch, paint, or do calligraphy
Try at-home workouts or dance away if you enjoy it more
Sing your heart out, set up that karaoke set you’ve been hiding away! (Or make your own through karaoke apps or YouTube)
	Play an instrument
	Rekindle with your childhood hobbies
Spend time with your family and friends, host that long overdue zoom hangout!
	Play with your pets
	Read a book
Listen to a podcast or an audiobook

2. Ignite a new fire in your work experience
	Ask for different responsibilities
Challenge someone in your work in a healthy competition
Find ways to make projects more interesting. You can make it seem like a game that everybody enjoys but still get work done.

3. Maintain the flames, keep it burning!
Have a heart-to-heart talk with someone close.
	Take small breaks frequently
Work away from your desk sometimes
Get plenty of sleep, eat well, and exercise

Your fiery passion is STRONGER than a BURNOUT!
