Spotted in Tuguegarao City is a good hearted lady named BING ROS BASSIG giving grocery goods and Rice to tricycle drivers of the city who lost their means of supporting their families during the MECQ in the city. All public transportations are prohibited causing a lot of tricycle drivers to worry on how they'll feed and support their families. Some of them posted on a group called "Wow Tuguegarao" for any assistance the citizen's could give. Ma'am Bing noticed 'em and she's giving away goods from her store everyday!
