Trying to be fit this quarantine part.2

Hi everyone! I just wanted to remind you that exercising a bit is better than nothing at all. If you’re working out like me, try to remember your goal and why you’re doing this. After all, it is also for you to benefit. I recommend try to download workout apps like 30 days workout, seven, or female fitness. You could also watch workout videos of chloe ting, emi wong, madfit, gabriella whited, bilogates, or lilly sabri. They are the ones who inspired me to do workouts. If you’re just a beginner then i recommend you to do atleast a 15 minutes hiit workout a day. Then after a week. Try to find free workout programs. For me, i tried to do 2 weeks shred challenge by chloe ting. I’m on day 13 tomorrow and i’m telling you guys that i can see my body’s improvement. For my diet, as i said in the part one. I’m eating at least 1000-1200 calories daily. I recommend you to download my fitness pal in order for you to track all the calories you ate. Also try to lessen processed food and eat fruits and vegetables instead. That’s all guys wait for part 3 don’t forget to ask me questions :)
