Trying to be fit this quarantine?

Hi everyone! So as you know quarantine really made people to workout and get fit. Are you also one of these? If yes then we’re the same. By the way i’m trying to complete 2 weeks shred of chloe ting and i’m on day 12 tomorrow. I’m really seeing results as of now but i’ll continue doing it.
I feel great and exhausted at the same time after doing the workout videos but it felt really good knowing that you’ve accomplished something that day. For my diet, i’m just trying to eat 1000-1200 calories a day. I know it’s gonna be hard for the first two days but i know you can do it! Just be consistent and you’ll achieve your goals. After doing this 2 weeks shred program, i’ve decided to do her 15 days intense core challenge. I hope you would do it together with me :)
