I never dreamed of being a store supervisor because to tell you honestly, I am an introvert person.. but when I was younger, I wished to do reports as a part of my job. And that’s one of the vital role of a Store Supervisor... to report, report and report anything and every details in a daily basis to our boss in the head office.

Since my goal in life is to become a Manager. At the age of 21, I’m fortunately enough that I am one step closer to my dream. 

Tiring? Yes. Definitely. Physically and mentally. 

Everyday you will monitor the day to day operations, facing various complains sometimes, weekly submission of reports.. worst if the Boss will return the report to you because she’s/he’s still looking for something even though you gave all the details that’s she need, handling hard headed and attitude staffs.. these are SOME of the works of a Store Supervisor.


But every time I feel exhausted and my fear is coming near me, I always remind myself of Philippians 3:14 “ I CAN DO ALL THINGS WITH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME”. And I will keep on going until I CONQUER all those challenges..

The important thing is, no matter what happens.. keep your eye on your goal like a tiger who keeps his eyes on his prey. Focus, focus and focus! Always believe  and be a cheerleader for yourself. 

And don’t forget, always put your trust to our Almighty Father because he’s always with us in every battle that we will face in life.
