Truffles with Coconut, Raisins, and Pecans

Ingredients:
1 cup raisins
1 cup pecans
â…“ cup coconut flakes
3 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
3 tbsp cocoa powder
Directions:
1. Add the raisins, pecans, coconut flakes, hemp seeds, and cocoa powder to a food processor and blitz until sticky and combined.
2. Second, roll the mixture into 1" balls and place on a parchment-covered baking sheet.
3. Keep chilled until ready, enjoy.
