Do you know the saying, "regression to the mean"? I personally heard this quote from an iconic tv show called Teen Wolf. (I don't know who made this quote or if the show actually made it but if anyone knows comment down below) Ever since I heard this quote it got stuck to my head because it's short yet it meaningful. So now what does this phrase actually mean, it states that no matter how bad or good things get they always come back to the middle. They always balance out. If you feel like nothing is working for you at the moment, and you're super stressed with things don't worry things will always manage to balance out, but note that this also applies to you when you are at your peak. For example, you are in your happy place doing the thing you love the most, and you say I wish this never ends but things will eventually balance out. However, I am not saying that you won't be happy/sad, but I am simply stating that you won't be super happy, or super sad for long because things will find its way back in the middle. Hopefully, this post has somewhat enlightened you, and make sure to comment down below if you want to share any story or reaction on this post!
