Stuck in quarantine and getting bored? Here are some things to do while in quarantine. 1. Rest for 8 hours. Get those Z's! You'll never know when this pandemic will end, so, enjoy it while it lasts! 2. Eat. You need your nutrition too! Chomp down those mouth-watering meals! And remember, eat a balanced diet. 3. Exercise. This quarantine period has given us a lot of time to work with. Might as well work that body! Exercise will not only give you leisure, it can also be a great way of consuming time! 4. Spend more time with your family. With the hustle and bustle of today's modern world, we tend to decline quality time with our loved ones. Now that we have a lot of time in our hands, we can spend more time with them . You can play with them, eat with them, watch tv with them, and pray with the whole gang. 5. Take a breath. A lot is happening all around us and you can't quite think straight? Take a brake. You have all the time in the world. Take longer showers, binge-watch your favorite shows, pig out all your favorite food, sleep for more hours, stay in bed, you do you. After all, it's your life. Just don't forget your personal limits.
