Ayala Museum is offering exclusive access to its virtual events which serve as fundraisers to provide students online connectivity allowance for a year.

Each purchase of a virtual pass to the event is equal to a donation to Ayala Foundation’s Student Online Access Program for Junior High and College students.

The museum’s ‘Get Access, Give Access’ fund drive aims to help Filipino learners “bridge the digital divide” as they pursue their studies through distance learning as the Philippines’ Department of Education (DepEd) opted for the remote learning approach this school year to keep children safe amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ayala Museum brings the Manila Symphony Orchestra (MSO) concert to a virtual platform for the first time. The MSO is one of the oldest orchestras in Asia.

The Virtual Pass package to Ayala Museum events cost Php 2,700. Individual pass to the Ocampo lecture cost Php 1000 for the regular pass and Php 700 for discounted (teachers, students, members).

Batangas’ Casa Antonio Glamp Camp gave away free WiFi kits to struggling Filipino distance learners in the province while OFW nurse Aldrin Licayan started a fund drive to donate tablet computers to poor students.

Celebrities such as Heart Evangelista and her Big Heart PH provide students with distance learning tools while Alden Richards gives out cash gifts and gadgets.
