I need to share a remarking phrase that I read before.
ACTION-INSPIRATION- MOTIVATION 
"We don't need motivation right now, what we need is an action a single step, and along the way, we'll be able to find our motivation to go through."
There's some moment in our lives, we don't feel inspired or motivated  to do things and we think that if we'll do the certain thing we'll gonna mess up, but remember that it's all in our minds. All we need is to try and make an action.
