Words are to heavy to express when you cannot put meaning to it. When you have that power to be the voice of many who suffer-- then be their guards; ready to take the road of dead ends not to act as their hero for you to gather series of compliments. Because if you have a good leadership, people can lead too as they will be influenced by your well mannered behaviour in your service.

The lady with a mellow heart, has put her dedication upon fulfilling her service to her fellow men. Reminiscing her college years, when she entered University of Santo Thomas as her school in the year 1996-- she managed to live independent but learned how to get along with other people. The course she was taking that time was Political Science as she chose to take her own path by making wonderful remarks and accomplishments. She was starting by then, to train herself to be a leader and Advocator.
The former Board Member of Nueva Vizcaya has shared her visualization in the field of politics. "Don't do great things when you think it will only benifit your personality to be known, instead do great things because you know it will help them." she said during on an interview held at School of Saint Louis; after the Press briefing this morning.
The mastery of Governance is important for others to know how you hold a certain community to make unification possible- These were one of her inspirational words as she presented her heart warming speech to all Campus Journalists who witnessed that event.
Although she saw progress in her work, there were still the times she thought her commitment in promoting sustainable development in terms of natural recources and people's healthcare is not enough. That the men who happened to be her number one concern has made her go to ridges and fell instantly to their gratitude; taking it as her advantage to ascent herself to be something more and to be puissant in the eyes of many.
The pleasure didn't last long as her actualization in providing needs for the poor is to overcome poverty. In politics, it made her see and interpret things more on their labels of action. For her, Nothing can compare someone's hardwork to share his/her blessing to a someone's hardwork to be defined in a much appealing way.
The woman behind this story, is no other than Ms. Mayvelle Dumlao who is a Provincial Administrator in present time. "When you have the heart to serve, then your actions should not be forced because you make people see how pure you are not in words but in conducive way of taking good leadership." She said as she explained how it helps to make communication stronger between people; no matter how they compare themselves to you- you must be on your low profile.

Dumlao also added how she saw Campus Journalism as a trigger mechanism not only to the Government but to Filipino Citizens as well. "We should know the difference of a fact news and a news monger. It's not healthy thought to see people, believing information by those who are in Professional category of journalism and Citizen Journalism who mostly focused on rumours and filtered news." she said while expressing herself on what she saw in the world of journalism.
In addition, she stressed the thought of being an "Agent of change"- strengthening the capability of rising writers in different fields of reporting. And so, being the "Exponent" reflects on her words.
