While people are in quarantine and stuck at home, there were less to no pollution which gave the environment a time to heal with harsh chemical pollution coming from factories, cars and etc. Metro manila has always had a foggy skyline but as the lockdown were ordered by the President, clearer skies can be seen and also the hidden sierra madre before has appeared thanks to bluer and brighter skies. Not only it happened to the Philippines but also to other parts of the world and with the decrease of pollution and activities that were stopped harming the environment, the ozone layer is getting smaller to none. One of the things we could learn about this experience is that you couldn't see the beauty without a little rain.
