Developers target to finish in four years time the condo which will connect to a mall, a fresh offering to the retail-rich old central business district.
The project is a partnership between Iloilo-based IBC International Builders Corp. and Cebu Landmasters Inc.
The hi-rise condominium is expected to cost over a billion-peso to complete its construction in a corner prime property at the heart of the city.
