A proposed residential tower development called Terranza Residences is soon-to-rise at downtown area.
The project is a partnership between Iloilo-based IBC International Builders Corp. and Cebu Landmasters Inc.
The hi-rise condominium is expected to cost over a billion-peso to complete its construction in a corner prime property at the heart of the city.
