Take Your Time To BREATHE

GOOD NEWS! 

You what? It's okay to take a break and BREATHE! 

With all the happenings in the world right now, anxiety and depression are on a rise. It's expected but still a really sad truth. 

So I'm here encouraging everyone to take atleast 5 mins of your time everyday to sit in a little corner, half close your eyes the breathe. 

Inhale all the positivity (except covid-19. šŸ˜…) and exhale the negativity. And I promise you, it will make a difference! šŸ˜‰
