student athlete

motivation for all student-athletes out there. I'm a student-athlete and I do well at my studies and also in my training or tournament as an athlete. how do I do it? well, first of all, I always prioritize my studies and I'm competent both at my studies and my sport. i follow this 4 M's of Motivation: (1) Mission, you need to set a goal both in studies and your sport. (2) Move, if you have mission you need to take action with it. (3) Momentum,  involves self-realization, confidence, and consistency. (4) mindset, in which the student-athlete becomes invested in their mission and is motivated to be successful. 

i followed that 4 M's of motivation and the outcome was great. i became high honor and gold in municipal meet. i play table tennis by the way hahaha
