Hi friends, I'll be sharing you my experience when it comes to have a stress. Lahat tayo dumaranas ng stress yung iba pa nga umaabot sa depressed kapag hindi nalabanan ang stress. And guys i experienced to have a stress, at grabi mahirap and then hindi mo alam kung ano gagawin mo, palagi kang galit, walang ganang kumain etc. I experienced that and the only thing that i did is to pray, number 1 effective yan. And then ang ginagawa kopa is to watch a movie, pero guys hindi ako nanonood ng mga iyakan, pero depends un sa inyo kung ano mas trip nyo. Hindi ko kasi hilig ang drama kasi base on my experienced mas lalo ako nalulungkot kapag drama or iyakan type. Mas prefer ko is action movies, comedies, fantasy and educational na palabas. Isa pa sa ginagawa ko is i hangout with friends pero sa araw ko lng ginagawa un. Then go to church . And then isa sa favorite kong ginagawa is reading a book na inspirational. So guys don't stress yourself ,do what you want, do what makes you happy diba! Positive lang tayo. Alisin ang mga nag papa stress satin. Be happy. Always careful. Have a Blessed Tuesday. Thank you.
