Before you start your day, make sure that you have a separate space for learning. If you stay in bed while listening to your lesson, chances are you will only go back to sleep. Keep your gadgets away from you, especially your phone if you do not need it for class. List all of the things that you need to accomplish on a sticky note, your planner, or a journal- this will keep you organized and stay on track through the day. If you feel like you can’t focus, the advantage of online class is you can record the lecture and go back to it when you’re ready to focus. Reminder: It is okay to be unmotivated.
