We are not robots! Remember every once in a while we need to find ourselves in a peaceful environment. Upon entering this zone, it lets us become mindful, aware, and understanding of everything around us. It lets us relax and calm down from all the stress and negativity in life. With this, do at least a 1-minute rest within the day.
