Do you know that you can master fluency?

How? We should always verbally pronounced the words that we read in dictionary. Slowly and surely pronounced it, and you should try to apply in a sentence. 
Nobody is perfect in English but if you try and try, you can master it. Also adding in my suggestion is to watch American movies. Try to mimic the words and pronounced it loud and clear.

It is the manner of eagerness to learn the Spoken English in the right way. I believe all of things can be taught.
