A elderly person once said, "The best advice I can pass on to the younger generation is this: Don't sweat the small stuff." What do think was meant by that? To me it means, there are big things in life like family, your health and well-being and, there are small things in life, like a flat tire, or a dead phone battery. We should not get overly stressed about certain things because it takes a toll on our health. When you worry unnecessarily it puts pressure on the people around you and also on your overall wellness. Everyone has those moments when you get frustrated at a little thing, but like Mom used to say, "Don't cry over spilled milk." The next time you feel the stress bug biting you, think of these words of wisdom. After all, you cannot change the past but the future is in your grasp!
