Simple Ways to Relieve Stress

There are many causes of stress such as loss of a job, financial obligations, illness, emotional problems etc. It can massively affect your thoughts, feelings, and behavior. 

Here are simple ways you can do to reliever your anxiety or stress:
First, learn to say no. Some people like to find it really hard to oppose or to say no. If you don't want to do it then tell them, simple as it is.

You can also plan a vacay. Long or short trip will make your mood light up. Base on my experience, it my kind of recharge from all of the negativities.

Thirdly, exercise. It really does prompt your body to release feel-good hormones like endorphins, which can help you to feel less stressed base on studies.

Another one, sleep. Give yourself a break. Use essential oils or burning a scented candle, these may help you to get a better sleep.

Lastly, open up. Social support from friends and family can help you get through stressful times.
