Be generous with your words of affirmation, realize that those words can help you transform into the person that you want. Also... Love yourself by feeding both your mind and body with everything healthy. Be careful of the food you eat. Exercise daily. Drink lots of water. For your mind, stay away from toxic people. Read books that will help you. Listen to uplifting music. Only watch feel-good movies. Meditate. Breathe in and breathe out.
