It is not selfish if you would take care of yourself before others. These days a lot of us are experiencing anxiety because we are stuck in our homes and that alone stands as an outlet for anxiety, overthinking and stress. You are not alone, but there are a lot of things that you can do in order to divert your attention. You can be plantita if you want, you can read books that has positive perspective, you can exercise to lessen your thinking. You can meditate also, well, there are lot of ways to ease our anxiety during this trying time. As a lot of people are trying to be better, do the best for yourself as well. Love yourself.
